Good to know! – Your first Lebara bills
Your first bill will be sent to you by email at the beginning of the following month after you have been activated on our network.
Please note that your first bill will be considerably higher than usual. This is because a charge will be made for the subscription fees for the first two months as well as an activation fee.
You can also pay your bills via online banking, credit card, PostFinance or Twint.
Unfair commercial calls?
Lebara automatically blocks the majority of unfair calls on its mobile networks and besides this offers customers the option to activate a free additional call filter, which further reduces the number of unfair advertising calls. To activate the additional call filter, the relevant settings can be changed in the mylebara customer account. The filter can also be deactivated from there at any time.
